Why isn’t this self-study course included free with the Live Instructor-Led version of DPM I am considering taking or just completed?

Unlike our other Live, instructor-led courses, DPM includes a comprehensive (150+ page) Study Guide which has proven to be more than effective in preparing students to pass the CDPM exam.  That study guide is provided with the self-study course too.
