One class is 4.5 hours per day, 3 sessions per week for 2 weeks, with a 30-minute break scheduled by the trainer. Each class varies on the times and days of the week, and this is based on your selected time of participation. The other class is 6 hours per day for 5 consecutive days (Monday-Friday), with a 1-hour break scheduled by the trainer. Once the cohort has begun, transfers are not allowed.
